Be all you can be financially, physically, mentally and spiritually. It is one thing to build wealth and aspire to a more comfortable lifestyle, but what is it worth without your health or without achieving a greater purpose?
John Fitzgerald, author of the 7 Steps to Wealth book came up with the C.A.T.S Challenge many years ago to inspire his clients to be healthier and aspire to better habits. He believes in the well-being of his clients. This blog has been created to encourage our clients to be well – mentally and physically.
The C.A.T.S. challenge was created exactly for this. Take you out of your comfort zone to lead you into the right head space. C.A..S. stands for NO Coffee – NO Alcohol – NO Tobacco and NO Sugar. Clients will undertake the journey for a period of 7 to 28 days (Sometimes more).
