      Hi Anne, following this blog will hopefully provide you with helpful hints. Subscribe to the blog and you will get alerts as soon as something new is posted. For headaches, I think the best way is enough sleep, lots and lots of water, and if you can green tea. Henry on my post “getting started” had a good point about exercising releasing the toxins, which is that pain you are experiencing. Strongly recommend ANY activity you can get to rid of the toxins and also heaps and heaps of water. At least 2 litres a day + more if you exercise. ALl the best. 🙂
